My Inspiration
As a physician and board-certified specialist, I have spent my life caring for patients, mainly those suffering from intractable pain.
- I taught at a University Medical Center for some 20 years. I wrote my first book on spine pain in 1991. When the Opioid Epidemic hit, I wrote my second, third and fourth books for both doctors and patients

- After terminal cancer touched my friends and family, I added this book. During the writing of it, the Coronavirus Pandemic struck, and I was able to apply the repurposed drug method to it as well.

- Why is it that some medical school professors, biotech founders, and athletic champions do things differently, and suddenly the incurable gets cured? Why is it that we do not always get the truth from medical journals, or big name medical speakers?

- I was racing against time as the average survival in glioblastoma is 12 to 15 months with the standard-of-care treatment. Within the first week, I discovered science and good studies that suggested that with the addition of four repurposed drugs that we could increase his survival to 27 months.
- But how could I convince him that adding repurposed drugs might save his life? How could he convince his oncologists to add these medications?
- And as my research led me deeper, I uncovered UNEXPECTED information that would lead me to question EVERYTHING I had ever been taught about medicine. It made me angry, and you should KNOW everything that I found, because it just might save your life.
